Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline this offer.

Payment:

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order.
  • We accept Bank Transfer or GCash payment, and all transactions are processed securely.

Shipping and Delivery:

  • We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2-3days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns and Refunds:

Warranty:

  • KEEP RECEIPT  and boxes for warranty purposes. NO RECEIPT NO WARRANTY.
  • You can take picture of the receipt and send to our Fb Page www.facebook.com/pcretirov3
  • (one) year store warranty is applicable or as indicated for major parts such as motherboard, processor, graphics card, memory / ram, true rated power supply, monitor. 
  • 7 days warranty for accessories and peripherals, otherwise as indicated on warranty sticker. 
  • Replacement is valid only for 7days, depending on its availability.
  • Warranty void if damaged, tampered, burnt marks, mis-use, and corroded.
  • Incompatibility issues is costumer’s responsibility
  • 5No on-site service/repair for warranty.
  • Item that is subject for warranty 
    1. Should be brought to our store at costumer’s expense
    2. Item will be returned to our supplier, and will be given to the costumer once received. 
    3. Warranty continues upon given duration by the store.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
